Dele Alli sent off 10 minutes into debut: Cesc Fabregas won’t forgive him

L'former comrade defends him, his coach does not.
Dele Alli and Como started their joint adventure in the worst way. The English striker made his Serie A debut at none other than San Siro against AC Milan, but his first game in the Italian league è lasted just 10 minutes for an entrance on Loftus-Cheek with a high foot that after Var intervention è was sanctioned with a red card. Even Kyle Walker, his opponent for the day but a former national teammate, tried already on the pitch to clear him, but his coach Cesc Fabregas thinks otherwise.
"Dele Alli è one who scores goals and I wanted to give him an opportunity,‖ explained Fabregas at the end of the match interviewed by 'DAZN' -He però committed a serious mistake, not worthy of a player of his experience. The foul was clearly for expulsion, and it left the team with a man down at a time when we could hope to make it 2-2".
Fabregas è però also complained about another episode: "Since the beginning of the season we always have bad luck in these episodes, with three penalties in the 90' and a goal canceled to Cutrone for an offside of a millimeter, as è happened today. Then for me it è not even offside, but they stop the ball when they like. By the time they stopped the picture, the ball was already in play. These are small details that hurt, but I feel positive and will never quit".
"Como played an unbelievable game at San Siro, against players like those of Milan who cost 60 million. Call me a loser, even though throughout my career I have won so much. But if I have to lose, I want to lose like thatì. We did well throughout the match, and we will continue to work hard to transfer everything to the field", Fabregas concluded.
