It will beà Jack Draper who will face Holger Rune (executioner of Daniil Medvedev) in the Indian Wells final. The Briton è succeeded in eliminating, in the semifinals, the favorite Carlos Alcaraz and thus gain the pass to the tournament's last act.

Arriving at the challenge with Jack Draper without having lost a single set, the Spaniard è appeared in great difficulty from the very first exchanges of the match with the Briton. In fact, the first partial saw Jack Draper impose himself with a dry 6-1 (in only 21' of play).

Prompt reaction of Carlos Alcaraz who, after saving a break ball, played at a very high level, closing the second partial with a peremptory 6-0. Race addressed? Not at all. Jack Draper found himself and, on the strength of two breaks, managed, in the end, to take home the victory thanks to 6-4 in the third set.

For Jack Draper, this is his first Masters 1000 final. Carlos Alcaraz chews bitterly as he gives up the dream of being able to win his third title at Indian Wells, his third consecutive after triumphs in the 2023 and 2024 editions. An elimination that especially suits Jannik Sinner, who, without being able to play, further armors his first place in the ATP ranking.
