Kylian Mbappé shuts down rumors about Didier Deschamps
During an interview given to the microphones of "Le Parisien", Real Madrid center forward Kylian Mbappé, among the various topics covered, dwelt on his return to the national team and the rumors related to a possible break between him and France coach Didier Deschamps, also complicit in the former PSG player's recent two exclusions from the squad in the last two breaks.
"Everyone knows what this team means to me. For me è a pleasure to return to wear this jersey and I have the same energy and desire to help the French national team win as ever" debuted the transalpine star.
"If there was a break with the coach, I would never have answered his calls. Everyone knows me, if there'è a breakup with someone I don't keep in touch. This does not mean that in a relationship there are never disagreements. I have my own upbringing and have always given proper respect and recognition to my coach. He's been my only coach in the French national team and he's the one who made my debut. We have had successes together and our relationship cannot end up in the trash for two or three disagreements that, moreover, are not serious" continued the Real Madrid striker.
"I never felt that people doubted my attachment to the French national team. My nonconvocation got people talking, but these are things that happen when you are what you are and you represent what you represent. They wrote false things about me, saying that I was only focusing on the big games for France and that I did not want to come back. It's such a ridiculous matter that it doesn't even deserve to be commented on" added the'former PSG.
"I don't know who will arriveà instead of Deschamps. There'è a president of the federation and è he who will make this decision. Everybody is talking about Zidane, so let's not pretend we live in a cave and don't know what is going on, but it is not my place to talk about it" concluded Kylian Mbappé.
