Tommaso Menoncello nominated for the MVP of the 2025 edition of the Guinness Six Nations 2025.

The Azzurri three-quarter – the only confirmed candidate in the shortlist of players nominated in the 2025 – won the trophy in the 2024 edition of the Six Nations with 33 percent of the preferences surpassing Bundee Aki, Ben Earl and Duhan Van der Merwe.

Among the reasons for confirming Tommaso Menoncello among the nominations of the tournament’s best player are the statistics in his favor, including 59 tackles and two goals scored in the’2025 edition of the tournament against France – at Rome’s Olympic Stadium – and in the’iconic Twickenham against England.

Along with the Benetton Rugby player who has reached 28 caps in the Azzurri jersey vying for the award is a short list composed entirely of players in the three-quarter department: fresh tournament winner Louis Bielle-Biarrey with France, England’s Tommy Freeman and Scotland’s Blair Kinghorn.

The winner of the award will be decided, as usual, by the fans who will have the chance to vote for the MVP of the 2025 edition of the Guinness Six Nations until 11 p.m. (Italian time) on Monday, March 24.
