Napoli-Milan, anticipation grows: Filippo Galli exposes himself

We are now very close to the restart of the championship after the break dedicated to the national teams and Serie A proposes on Sunday evening a real classic: at the ‘Maradona’ in fact, Napoli and AC Milan challenge each other, two teams that are going through an up-and-down period although the partenopei are still fighting for the Scudetto, while the rossoneri are trying to reopen the Champions discourse.

One of the great former Rossoneri, Filippo Galli, explained the key to Sunday night’s big match, from his point of view, at the microphones of ‘Radio Marte’, starting with the very club whose jersey he wore, winning five Scudettos and three Champions Cups and two Intercontinental, among other trophies: “Milan’s match in Naples on Sunday is an important opportunity to turn around a tribulated season” he began.

“If Milan were to lose they would probably say goodbye to their chances of qualifying for the next Champions– added the’former defender, class of 1963 -. By winning they can keep their chances intact and would have a considerable emotional boost. In front, however, there is a strong Napoli, although they come from matches that are not beautiful especially for results”.

Just talking about Napoli, Galli explained: “It remains a team that knows well what it has to do on the field, having a precise game plan. It will then be highly motivated. Napoli will be able to count on Inter’s commitments to get closer to the Nerazzurri (…) they have Conte who has worked very well, having solved most of the problems that emerged last season: for this alone he already deserves praise”.
