Marc Marquez takes pole again in Austin, Pecco Bagnaia on second row

For the third consecutive weekend, Marc Marquez will start from the first box. After Thailand and Argentina, in fact, the Ducati centaur hit pole position in Austin as well, setting the best time of 2:01.088, preceding Fabio Di Giannantonio by 101 thousandths. Closing out the front row is his brother Alex.

Fourth place for the KTM of Pedro Acosta, who precedes l’other VR46 team rider Franco Morbidelli and Pecco Bagnaia, who pays a gap of more than half a second from his teammate.

Excellent qualification for Luca Marini, who, coming from Q, hits seventh position ahead of Joan Mir and Jack Miller. Finally, Maverick Viñales closes the top 10.
