Lazio, only draw with Torino: tied for sixth on points with Roma

The 30th day of Serie A ended Monday night with a 1-1 draw with Torino by Lazio, which thus got hooked by Roma in sixth place on 52 points.
At the Stadio Olimpico in the first half Milinkovic-Savic denied Zaccagni and Pedro the go-ahead goal. In the second half, however, it was Provedel who saved his goal on Maripan’s attempt.
Marusic at 57′ unblocked the result with a nice right-footed shot but in the final Gineitis (82′) tied the score on an assist from Biraghi, denying Baroni’s boys a success that would have been crucial in the race for Europe.
