Juventus and AC Milan punished with fine by sports judge

In addition to the decisions on players, coaches and technical staff, the Serie A Sporting Judge, having analyzed the reports of the matches of the eleventh round played between March 28 and March 31, also punished Juventus and Milan with a fine of equal value, although ordered for very different reasons. Below are the reasons given in the Lega Serie A memo.
Fine of € 10,000.00: to Soc. JUVENTUS for having its supporters, during the second half, directed a beam of light-laser in the direction of the referee and a player of the opposing team; attenuated penalty ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
Fine of € 10,000.00: to Soc. MILAN as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed both the start of the match and the start of the second half by about three minutes; repeated recidivism.
No other sanctions have been ordered for the Bianconeri, although Khephren Thuram and Timothy Weah have officially entered the list of cautioned players. In contrast, new coach Igor Tudor, who was cautioned during Saturday’s match against Genoa, is on his first sanction. Even in the case of coaches, it is necessary to accumulate five to reach disqualification.
As for Milan, there is instead one disqualified for the next day: he is Alex Jimenez, a Spanish side cautioned during the ‘Maradona’ match lost by the Rossoneri 2-1 against Napoli. Third caution overall, however, for coach Sergio Conceiçao, who will therefore be regularly on the bench in the next match.
