Varese awaits Cremona: Giannis Kastritis ready for a new battle

These are the statements made in the press conference by the head coach of Varese Basketball Giannis Kastritis ahead of the home challenge against Vanoli Cremona, valid for the 25th day of the regular season of Serie A.

“I cannot say that this week has been different from the previous ones, and that, to tell the truth, is appreciable. Obviously, the win with Scafati gave us more confidence, but speaking of commitment and concentration, the level has always been high since my arrival in Varese” began the head coach of the biancorossi.

“We all know that the victory in the previous round was just a step forward, now every game is as if it were a single quarter of an even bigger game that is the’entire championship. With Cremona, another battle awaits us, where it will be crucial to take the court with the right mental attitude in order to hope to win” added the Greek coach.

“Cremona is a team with a lot of talent, especially in the guard department. Yesterday they announced a new player and also they have a number of glue players who know their role who can be very dangerous. Our concentration level will have to be very high, we will have to play our best game, especially on defense” concluded Giannis Kastritis.
