It is still unclear what the future of the’Euroleague will be but, for the time being, it remains Europe’s top club competition. Next year, there could also be an increase in the participating teams (from 18 to 20). Dubai FC is aiming to be “invited” to participate.

Dubai FC is reportedly already moving to make a regal entry into the Euroleague. According to Marca reports, interest in Musa, one of Real Madrid’s stars, would be strong. The 25-year-old Bosnian has not yet renewed with the Blancos and his contract expires at the end of the current season.

According to Sportske, there is already a real proposal to convince him to leave Real Madrid and be part of Dubai FC’s new roster. There is talk of a monster offer, amounting to $10 million for three seasons. As of today, Musa earns just over $1 million playing in a Real Madrid jersey.

Musa would be just the first in a long line of champions the wealthy UAE club would like to put under contract. The’intention is to try to be competitive from the first year in the Euroleague. To do so, players of the highest level are needed. The top European teams are warned: Dubai FC is serious.
