José Antonio Rueda triumphs in Jerez and returns to World Championship leader

After recording the pole position, José Antonio Rueda also takes the Spanish GP by force. The young Red Bull Ajo team centaur, after an’excellent start and tire management, was able to place the decisive sprint in the last third of the race, crossing the finish line more than four seconds ahead of Angel Piqueras, who beat Australian Joel Kenso in a sprint.

Fourth across the finish line was Leopard Racing rider Adrian Fernandez, who finished ahead of Japan&#8217s Ryusei Yamanaka (KTM MT Helmets – MSI) and Taiyo Furusato (Honda Team Asia).

Completing the top 10 was rookie Guido Pini, who, riding a Team Intact GP KTM, finished seventh, 6.588s behind the winner and ahead of Alvaro Carpe (Red Bull KTM Ajo) and the two Red Bull KTM Tech3 Team riders Jacob Roulstone and Valentin Perrone.

As for the other Italians: Luca Lunetta finished in 11th place, Dennis Foggia in 13th and Stefano Nepa in 14th. Race to forget for Honda Snipers riders Riccardo Rossi and Nicola Carraro ended up on the ground without consequences.
