Surprise renewal at Juventus. Through an official note, in fact, the Bianconeri club announced that it has reached an agreement with Arkadiusz Milik to extend the player’s contract until June 30, 2027.

The Polish striker, who has been out of action since’the beginning of last June, has yet to set a foot on the field this season: the double meniscus operation has turned into an endless calvary for the Bianconeri center forward, who is still struggling with a rehabilitation program to put the injury behind him for good.

Milik&#8217s last game was on June 7, 2024, and lasted just five minutes: in the opening stages of Poland-Ukraine, a friendly in preparation for Euro 2024, the Bianconeri striker had to give way to Kacper Urbanski, and in fact has not seen the green rectangle since. First the knee injury, then the calf injury and subsequent muscle problems have effectively stalled the career of the 31-year-old Tychy-born.

The Polish striker, in bianconero since August 2022, has so far collected 17 goals in the 75 games played overall with Juventus.
