Latemar-Dolomites summer season presented in Misano Adriatico
The summer season of the Latemar-Dolomites is being presented in Misano Adriatico, a well-known tourist resort on the Adriatic Sea coast of Romagna, with a special promotional initiative. Marketing and communications director of the Obereggen Latemar Spa lift company Thomas Ondertoller will present the summer news of the resort, the heart of the Dolomites, at the first Spring Oktoberfest in Italy: the “Frühlingsfest Romagna,” the brainchild of marketing consultant Antonino Minchillo.
The summer season in South Tyrol’s Obereggen (20 minutes from Bolzano) and its sister resorts Pampeago and Predazzo, pearls of the Latemar-Dolomites, will kick off on Saturday, June 7, and conclude on Sunday, Oct. 5, in an endless series of excitement.
“In Misano” says the’CEO of the Obereggen Latemar SpA facilities company led by Benjamin Kirchmaier “we will promote the Latemar Dolomites summer season, consolidating the twinning that, for the past two years, we have established with Visit Misano, the “Misano Participation Foundation: Sea, Sport and Culture” chaired by Dr. Luigi Bellettini, the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” led by managing director and CEO Andrea Albani and marketing consultant Antonino Minchillo”. The program of “Frühlingsfest Romagna” the festival that combines tradition, culture and Tyrolean gastronomy with the warmth and hospitality typical of Misano, will run through Sunday, May 4, and then into the weekend of May 9-11. Thursday, May 1 was enlivened in the afternoon by DJ set by Radio Sabbia, in the evening live performance by Turbofolk followed by DJ set by Luigi Del Bianco; Friday, May 2 dinners in the Festzelt; Saturday the Festival Tent will welcome the family lunch, in the evening live performance by Die Schwinhaxen and DJ set by Devis S; Sunday, May 4 “Family Day” from 12 noon.
“In Misano Adriatico we are hosting a unique event” comments Tourism Councillor Marco Dominici “it will be a small taste of the summer season. We expect a lot of people from Misano and its surroundings, but we have promoted the event in a larger territorial radius, finding great interest. We believe that the combination of Bavarian flavors and traditions and the warmth and hospitality of Romagna can produce great results”.
