Bologna brakes Juventus at Dall'Ara, Roma and Lazio laugh

The Sunday of the 35th day of Serie A closes with a draw between Bologna and Juventus in the Champions challenge. At the Dall’Ara, the bianconeri took the lead after a few minutes thanks to Thuram’s goal but were taken back in the second half by Freuler who signed the final 1-1.

Juve started strongly and after nine minutes took the lead through Thuram with a left-footed shot from the distance that surprised a guilty Skorupski. In the 26th minute the Rossoblù answered with a venomous corner by Orsolini that was cleared by Di Gregorio. In the 30th minute Bologna protests for a contact in the area between Freuler and McKennie. In the final minutes the Bianconeri doubled but Nico Gonzalez was clearly offside.

The second half opened with another goal cancelled out for Juve with Cambiaso pinched offside. In the 54th minute, the hosts evened the score with Freuler, who was skillful in taking advantage of Dallinga’s bank and beating Di Gregorio. In the 76th minute a giant chance for Juve with Alberto Costa shooting on Skorupski from a few steps. In the final Tudor played the Douglas Luiz and Conceiçao cards, Italiano inserted Castro and Pobega but the result did not change.

With this result Juventus returns to fourth place in the standings, along with Roma and Lazio, on 63 points, one point ahead of Bologna itself, seventh with 62 points.
