Beppe Marotta isn’t afraid to take on Barcelona: "I’m happy to suffer"

Beppe Marotta in anticipation of the Champions League semifinal return match against Barcelona was one of the protagonists of the “Serie C Business Value” attended by some of the biggest players in football politics.
“I think the excitement is not affected by the experience. That is the beauty of soccer, the adrenaline. I lived through the era when players’ agents came in, and I could have been a prosecutor. You don̶t have the adrenaline of when you are an executive, though. I am happy to suffer”.
There’was also Chiellini: “I worked with Giorgio and you have to appreciate his human, professional and leadership qualities. The footballer if he only scores goals and is a single champion, he does not make a team”.
