At the Parc des Princes in Paris, after their 1-0 away win in the first leg, Paris Saint-Germain also beat Arsenal in the Champions League semifinal return leg: 2-1 for the Parisians, who will take on Inter Milan in the May 31 final at the Allianz Arena in Munich.

PSPG took the lead in the 27th minute: Thomas fended off a Kvaratskhelia free kick, Fabian Ruiz intercepted and volleyed the ball past Raya.

In the 69th minute the hosts could double: referee Zwayer awarded them a penalty for Skelly’s hand foul in the box on a shot by Hakimi, but Raya deflected Vitinha’s penalty into the corner with a feat.

On 72 minutes the doubling actually arrived: cross by Kvaratskhelia, Dembelè touches to Hakimi who controls and shoots with a power over which Raya cannot oppose.

In the 76th minute, the Gunners shorten the gap: Trossard crosses where Saka is, the first shot is blocked by Hakimi, the second goes in. But into the Champions League final goes PSG: for the Parisians it is the second in their history.
