Atalanta mathematically third and in Champions League, Roma knockout

The thirty-sixth and third-last day of Serie A ended with a 2-1 victory over Roma’Atalanta, thus qualifying for the Champions League 2025/26.
At the Gewiss Stadium, La Dea took an early lead through Lookman and came close to doubling the score on several occasions, only to concede Cristante’s equalizer at 32′ on a perfect assist from Soulé.
In the second half, the decisive goal was scored by substitute Sulemana: the young midfielder at 76′ slotted the ball into the corner that sealed the race for third place.
Roma, on the other hand, slipped to sixth place behind Juventus and Lazio with two days to go but in a still very short standings.
