Kristian Ghedina cheers for Jannik Sinner: "An example for all, he would have become a champion in skiing", too;

In an interview granted to Sportal.it, former ski champion Kristian Ghedina spoke with great admiration about Jannik Sinner, emphasizing not only his sporting talent, but also the human value he represents.
“I think today Sinner is an icon on an international, planetary level. He has become a role model, not only for what he does on the field, but for how he is as a person. He is an inspiring figure” he said.
“He started from a remote village in the mountains, where life is simple, far from the spotlight. Yet, with willpower, commitment and solid values, he has managed to make it to the top of the world. This is a strong example, a lesson for everyone” he added
“He was good at skiing. As a child he competed often, he was very strong. If he had chosen that path, I am convinced he would have become a champion there as well. But he chose tennis and did it with honor, with head, with passion” the conclusion of Ghedina, one of the protagonists of “Sognando Milano Cortina 2026. On the shoulders of the Giants”, the new project promoted by Allianz.
