Milan Badelj says goodbye to Genoa: the touching social message

Through a long message posted on Genoa’s Instagram profile, Milan Badelj said goodbye to the red and blue club. “Thank you Genoa – we read there – We gave each other time to get to know each other, we saw each other in good times as well as in bad times. My impression is that we loved each other, always. And I can never be indifferent about the word Genoa when I think of our colors. I will carry with me all the moments spent at the stadium and thank you for an unforgettable support. I felt privileged and will be forever grateful”.
“I would also like to thank our group– continues the red and blue captain -, the whole Genoa world, all the presidents, directors and coaches, teammates, medical staff, physiotherapists, trainers, team managers and warehousemen, along with all the other people who do everything they can to protect us as best they can. This from Milan Badelj footballer”.
“On behalf of Milan Badelj dad I say ‘Thank you Genoa’ – continued the Croatian midfielder. Thank you because in the end it is the memories that bind us and we have many memories. One of them goes back as far as the home game against Ascoli, when my son was in the stands and my wife at Gaslini Hospital with my daughter. It went well. Another memory goes to the first day of school, his first kicks at Polis, his first time at the stadium. First steps, first smiles … here in Genoa there have been many firsts for our children and for us young parents”.
“This bond will remain, it will not go away, and the more time passes the stronger, more important, almost tangible it becomes. Thank you to Dr. Allodi, Dr. Emanuele from Gaslini Hospital, thank you to Mister Davide, and thank you to all the people at Aquilone Kindergarten and ISG school. Forever yours, Erika, Jona, Tina and Milan” closes the Griffin post.
