Fearful moments for Primoz Roglic before the start of the time trial valid for the 10th stage of the Giro d’Italia, 28.6 km solo from Lucca to the Tower of Pisa. The Slovenian cyclist, who must make up the disadvantage accumulated during the stage in Siena, slipped on the ground during the reconnaissance of the time trial route.

Roglic, bandaged on the left side of his body after injuries sustained last Sunday, fell on the right side, probably betrayed by the wet asphalt.

No problem for him, who assisted by his technicians immediately returned to the saddle, but a warning to all cyclists, considering that the rain is expected to increase in the coming hours.

The Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe cyclist is a time trial specialist and has already won the Tirana time trial: his hope is to partially catch up with the leaders.
