G.M.P. Group, a Bergamo-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-quality automotive components, unveiled the A123 model of Antera. The unveiling took place May 21 at the booth of Autopromotec the most important international exhibition of automotive equipment and aftermarket, which celebrates its 30th edition in Bologna May 21-24.

Antera, a company acquired by G.M.P. Group in 2023, associates its name with alloy wheels that stand out for innovation, advanced technology and a unique design capable of making a car unforgettable. Characteristics that we also find in the latest product, A123, presented in a world premiere right in Bologna, a model that represents a new generation of three-spoke wheel.

“Antera’s A123,” explains Marco Mancin, CEO of G.M.P. Group, “is a unique product that takes advantage of the technologies made available by our innovative HPE LAB R&D department. It is the first three-spoke wheel obtained by low-pressure casting with an advanced cooling mold, which has made possible a production technique never before adopted. It’s not just about style: this new process, in fact, allows a 25 percent reduction in channel thickness, a decrease in weight of one kilogram per wheel, making it one of the lightest in the segment, while ensuring strength and safety.”

Antera A123 is available in sizes of 20″ (x9.0) and 22″ (x9.5/10.5/11.5) in Piano Black Diamond, Piano Black and Silver Ice. Inspired by the great classics, but reinterpreted in a contemporary key, it is a masterpiece of formal balance and quiet strength, where each breed, shaped with geometric precision, recalls the simplicity of forms by employing minimal lines. The new models are the result of a careful design study and the desire to marry aesthetics, lightness and high performance, responding to the needs of an increasingly demanding, competitive and dynamic market.

“With this new product,” continues Mancin – we anticipate trends with boldness and extreme refinement. The three spokes, sculpted with precision, draw a perfect balance between strength and minimalism. The finishes then amplify the character: Piano Black Diamond reflects light with obsidian depth, Silver Ice enhances curves with crystalline delicacy while Piano Black gives pure elegance. We are talking about design masterpieces that have made Made in Italy famous and that bear witness to a cultural heritage that, through the use of cutting-edge technologies and an uncompromising production philosophy, are shaped and perfected in Italian factories.”

On the Bologna booth there will also be products that expand Antera’s available market offerings: A303, A101 (Piano Black Diamond, Moon Grey Diamond, Piano Black, Stone Bronze), A103 (Piano Black Diamond, Moon Grey Diamond, Piano Black, Silver Ice), A105 (Piano Black Diamond, Stone Bronze, Piano Black Champagne) and A107 (Piano Black, Silver Ice, Stone Bronze, Satin Champagne).
