Playoff Serie B 2024-2025: Juve Stabia-Cremonese, likely lineups

Wednesday, May 21 at 8:30 p.m. at the Stadio Romeo Menti in Castellammare will stage the first leg match of the Serie B Playoff semifinals between Juve Stabia and Cremonese. Juve Stabia, after beating Palermo 1-0 in the quarterfinals, will face Cremonese in the semifinals for the last remaining spot to move up to Serie A.

The team will play in the semifinals.

Cremonese, on the other hand, did not face the quarterfinals of the Serie B play-offs as they, along with Spezia, finished in the top four of the standings. In the last league match, Giovanni Stroppa’s team lost away 2-1against Pisa.

The hosts are expected to take the field with a 3-4-1-2. The three-man defense will consist of: Bellich, Peda and Ruggero. The two forwards will be Candellone and Adorante, and behind them Piscopo will act.

Stroppa’s team, on the other hand, is expected to adopt a 3-5-2. De Luca and Bonazzoli as forwards. The three midfielders, on the other hand, will be: Valoti, Pickel and Majer. In goal Fulignati.
