Playoff Serie C 2024-2025: Pescara-Vis Pesaro, likely lineups

This evening it will be Pescara-Vis Pesaro again, with kickoff at 8 p.m. at the Adriatico-Cornacchia Stadium. Up for grabs is the semifinal of the Serie C playoffs with one between Audace Cerignola and Atalanta U23. Pescara, on the strength of the large advantage obtained in the first leg match, can face the return match with relative serenity: the Abruzzesi, in fact, could even lose by two goals without compromising qualification. An almost impossible task for Vis Pesaro, which is called upon to win by at least three goals difference in the 90 minutes of regulation.

Mister Silvio Baldini does not face any particular formation problems and could opt for a slight turnover. However, the form remains the 4-3-3: Plizzari between the posts, defensive line with Letizia and Moruzzi on the outsides, Pellacani and Brosco in the middle. In the midfield, space for Dagasso, Kraja and Meazzi, while in attack Merola, Bentivegna and Tonin could start.

Stellone, who recovers Paganini, Pucciarelli and Okoro after their respective disqualifications, could return to 3-4-1-2: Vukovic in goal, with Ceccacci, Coppola and Bove making up the defensive trio. Zoia and Cannavò will act on the outsides, with Pucciarelli and Paganini in the middle of the field. Di Paola will be the trequartista behind the Nicastro-Okoro pair. Still unavailable are Peixoto, Palomba, Forte, Schiavon, Lari and Obi.
