According to information coming out of England, Roma has reportedly contacted Nuno Espirito Santo to convince him to move to the capital to coach. The Sun reports a two-year offer from the capital club to the current Nottingham Forest helmsman.

Nuno Espirito Santo still has two years left on his contract with the English club but recent disagreements with chairman Evangelos Marinakis have put his stay in Nottingham in doubt.

Roma also has several alternatives: they like Cesc Fabregas a lot, but Como wants to keep him at all costs, and on the list of candidates is also the name of Francesco Farioli, who recently said goodbye to Ajax. At the moment, the Gian Piero Gasperini hypothesis is to be ruled out.

The Massimiliano Allegri hypothesis remains alive: the coach could return to coaching after a season off but Roma will have to fight with Milan to sign him.
