Special market window during the Club World Cup for Inter and Juventus

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has officially confirmed that it will open a special soccer market window from June 1 to 10 to allow the 32 teams participating in the Club World Cup (June 14 to July 13, in the United States) to field new players during the competition.

The decision affects the 20 federations of the countries represented by a club in the tournament, thus also including Italy, which will field Inter and Juventus “The deadline for submission of the final list has been set for June 10 – Fifa announced–allowing each participating club to bring to the United States players signed during this period”.

An’other market window will be open from June 27 to July 3, “to encourage clubs and players whose contracts are expiring to find a suitable solution to allow them to participate. This will allow clubs to field their best players, as well as new signings, in the competition”.
