Pecco Bagnaia did not hide his disappointment at the fall that cost him his retirement in the British Gp: “I got off to a bit of a start like that at the first start, I disconnected badly with the clutch. After Marc Marquez’s crash I was going and feeling comfortable, after the red flag I changed only one tire and then on the re-entry I lost to everyone. Nothing was going anymore. At turn seven I crashed as if I had spun on myself, but as a picture of the weekend I can say that it is the worst of our bike”.

It&#8217s a bad period: “We struggle, I struggle a lot and Marc is good at hiding the problems we have. The engineers are working to give me what I need, but the moment is very complicated. The GP24 is going strong, the GP25 has engine and is strong on the straight, but when you need stability in front you struggle. This is a complicated weekend, the FP1 times I did then all weekend. I change and move important parameters, but nothing changes”.

“My luck is that I know what I am worth, I know what I can do. I am giving it my all, but more than that is not coming to me. I am just trying to work with the team on the solution. I”m doing well, I”m working hard at home and I”m coming here and doing my best. When it comes it will come”.
