AC Milan and Massimiliano Allegri growing closer

As Vincenzo Italiano has renewed with Bologna, Milan is getting closer to Massimiliano Allegri. In recent hours, the Rossoneri have accelerated negotiations to bring the former Juventus coach back to Milan.
According to reports from Sky Sport, the Diavolo would have raised the’offer for the Tuscan coach: ready a two-year contract of 5 million euros per season plus bonuses with an option for the third year, far exceeding the salary of the last Conceiçao, Fonseca and Pioli.
The last details remain to be ironed out but the white smoke is close and Allegri will soon become the new coach of Milan, despite the interest of Aurelio De Laurentiis’s Napoli, which had contacted him in case of Antonio Conte’s farewell.
Allegri previously led the Rossoneri from 2010 to 2014, when he was exonerated after the resounding defeat to Sassuolo (3-4). With Milan, he won a Scudetto (2010-2011) and an Italian Super Cup (2011).
