Jannik Sinner: Jim Courier announces a new era.
The’former U.S. champion Jim Courier in an interview with TNT spoke about the strength of Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, which was also evident in the early rounds of Roland Garros: “There’s a big gap between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner and the rest of the group”.
“We have come out of the ’era of the Big Three or the Big Four and we are in the new era of the ‘New Two’, the ‘New Two’. They have won the last five Slams and clearly demonstrated that there’s a big difference at the highest level”.
“In Rome both of them showed up and I think it is pretty clear that there is a big gap between them and the rest of the players, at least on clay – cha continued Courier -.
