NBA Finals: Gilgeous-Alexander wants to imitate Curry's feat

On the Italian night between Thursday and Friday, Game 1 of the NBA Finals is staged. This year, playing for the title, will be OKC and Indiana. The Thunder won the NBA ring in 1979 (when they were called the Seattle Sonics). The Pacers are in the second Finals in their history (defeated by the Los Angeles Lakers in 2000).
Not two very popular franchises but gifted with great talent. This is certified by the presence of Gilgeous-Alexander. OKC’s All Star was instrumental in winning a spot in the NBA Finals. In fact, it’s been all year that the Canadian has been making magic, so much so that he won the MVP title of the 2024/25 regular season.
Gilgeous-Alexander, should he succeed in winning the NBA Finals, would win another important record. He would be the first MVP to also win the NBA’ring since Curry succeeded in 2015 with the Golden State Warriors (beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 4-2 in the Finals).
The’nth motivation for Gilgeous-Alexander who is having a magical year and has no intention of stopping. The Pacers, of course, will try to shatter that and all the other dreams of the 2024/25 MVP’s, not least because there is so much appetite for the franchise to win their first NBA title. See you in game 1 for a series that promises great entertainment, with a thousand points of interest.
