Trento, Toto Forray go beyond historic Italian Cup

On the sidelines of ‘Sky Inclusion Days’, Toto Forray, captain of Dolomiti Energia Trentino, spoke to the microphones of Sportal.it: “The balance of the season is super positive, right? In addition to winning the Italian Cup, in my opinion, we showed beautiful basketball where people enjoyed themselves, we made I don&#8217t know how many sold out. So to have conveyed beautiful basketball and still a group strength that was never there, I think it was ‘out of our minds’ both for us players and for the public”.

On the loss to Olimpia Milano in the LBA playoffs: “Yes, I mean at the end of course there and then, it gnaws a little bit’ doesn&#8217t it? But we know that we did our best, though. Despite the loss, Milan in a playoff series with such a long team on paper is stronger. We gave it our all, we couldn&#8217t ask for more and still only good feelings remain because precisely we gave it all”.

On the LBA title candidate: “On paper it is undeniable, Milan is always favored in my opinion, however this year of the four left really can win any, so we just have to enjoy the show”.

Closing on next season: “The goal I don&#8217t know because it will depend on what team we make, however I am definitely very excited still. I feel this feeling, maybe these thrills of the’beginning of the season, figuring out what team it will be, figuring out what role I will play, trying to figure out the best we can and we will always try to do our best”.

The goal is to make sure that we are going to be able to do our best.
