Great success for the fourth edition of the Sunset Sports Festival
The combination of sports, science, business and relaxation once again proved successful in the fourth edition of the Sunset Sports Festival that took place in the state-of-the-art facilities of the Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala, a few kilometers from Zadar, Croatia. It was a unique event that once again brought together leading names from the global sports and business scene, journalists, entrepreneurs and fans.
The event held in one of the most fascinating locations on the Adriatic confirmed the status of the festival as a meeting point for those who want to generate change, share experiences, spread knowledge and, why not, enjoy the beauty of the Croatian coast.
Big names among the speakers, such as high jump champion Blanka Vlasic, legendary former Denmark goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel, judoka Barbara Matic and even Valentina Cafolla, the ‘ice queen’ who holds an incredible record: about fifty people took turns on stage.
This year the program expanded with three thematic stages, Main Stage, Esports Stage and Performance Lab, allowing for a wider coverage of topics. The Main Stage featured talks on athletes’ mental health, the power of branding, challenges faced throughout their careers, and life outside the spotlight.
