Luciano Spalletti ready to forget the national team: CR7 is waiting for him
On Monday night, in a mournful way, he left the bench of the national team. He would have liked to continue but it was not possible for him. The’bitterness about how the Azzurri adventure went is still great but Luciano Spalletti may soon find his smile again.
L’Al-Nassr, team in which Cristiano Ronaldo plays (the Portuguese has made it known that he will continue his adventure in the Arab club), is looking for a new coach, considering that Stefano Pioli is close to returning to Italy (he is expected, with open arms, Fiorentina, a club where he has coached before).
The wealthy Arab club is ready to put a monster proposal on the table to convince the’now former national team coach to espouse the Arab cause. For Luciano Spalletti, in addition to financial satisfaction, it would be a way to get back on track immediately and leave behind the failure on the Azzurri bench.
It remains to be seen whether the Italian champion coach with Napoli is willing to get back on track in Arab lands. He would find Simone Inzaghi as an opponent and, certainly, he has many colleagues he can ask about Saudi Arabia, primarily Stefano Pioli himself, the coach he would replace. News on this is expected in the coming days. The Arab solution, at the moment, is the best one for Luciano Spalletti.
