The excitement of the NBA Finals continues. After the two games played in Oklahoma, the series shifted to Indiana where the Pacers won 116-107 in a decidedly spectacular Game 3. Thanks to this victory, Huliburton and his teammates move to a 2-1 lead.

After a largely balanced first half, Indiana revs up the engine in the second half, putting much more energy on the court than OKC, which eventually raises the white flag. Huliburton had an excellent showing, finishing with 22 points and 11 assists. The bench made the difference: 49 points to 18 in favor of the “second lines” of the Pacers with Mathurin scoring 27 points in 23 minutes on the court.

Always doubled up Gilgeous-Alexander who, in the end, finished with 24 points and eight assists. Jalen Williams (26 points) and Holmgren (20 points and 10 rebounds) also did well, but the rest of the team failed to make a major contribution.

“This is the kind of team we are for real. We need everyone to respond in attendance. It won&#8217t always be the same players making a difference but it&#8217s right. We have to make a difference as a team” the words of Carlisle, Indiana’s coach, reported by ESPN. Curiously, the Pacers have not lost two games in a row in three months. A statistic that troubles OKC fans.
