Benedetta Sartorti, center hit for Numia Vero Volleyball Milan
Milan center Benedetta Sartori will wear the colors of Numia Vero Volley Milan in the 2025/2026 season; class of 2001, already on the tour of the senior national team, Sartori is now ready to put herself on the line with the rosablu jersey between Serie A and Champions League commitments.
Sartori began playing in the youth ranks of Focol Legnano, at 14 she moved to the ranks of Futura Volley Giovani di Busto Arsizio with whom she played for 3 years in Serie A2. In the 2022-23 season the big jump to A1 with Trasportipesanti Casalmaggiore; the following year she returned to Busto side UYBA and spent two seasons there. In 2025-26 she is ready to raise the bar even higher by joining Numia Vero Volley Milano and joining the already formalized Kurtagic-Danesi pair of centerbacks.
With the national team, she makes her debut in 2018 with the Under-19 selection, winning the gold medal at the European Championship of the category. In 2023 she participates in the XXXI World University Games in Chengdu, China, reaching the Quarterfinals; in 2024 she is part of the list of pre-convocation for the Olympic Games in Paris and participates in the first retreat of the Azzurri. She is now engaged in the summer collegiate with the national team, ready to take the field in the second leg of the Volleyball Nations League 2025 in Hong Kong.
