Nick Kyrgios surprises everyone with latest outing over Jannik Sinner

Interviewed by the Guardian, Nick Kyrgios surprised everyone by talking about Carlos Alcaraz and, most importantly, Jannik Sinner. In the past few months the Australian has been particularly fierce toward the San Candido outfielder but now he has finally decided to correct his course.
“Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner will be the giants of tennis for the next 10 or 15 years. They are playing incredible tennis; it is clear that they will dominate in the next few years. They have pushed themselves to a level that few have reached. I think Alcaraz has the composure and the’X-Factor of Federer, Nadal and Djokovic. Sinner is extraordinarily powerful, but Alcaraz will also be among the greats. And in my opinion he will win Wimbledon“
.
In the past few months Kyrgios has not played due to various physical problems. The’last official match was in late March: “I think I will play one or two more Slams. Tennis is a tough sport, I feel the body worn out. The goal is the US Open: I will play the American season and take each day as it comes”.
In closing the Australian spoke about his great friend Novak Djokovic: “I think he is much more comfortable with himself. I think he really wanted to be loved by the public, but now he likes to be bad. He finds energy when they boo him”.
“He is the greatest tennis player ever, so now he doesn’t care so much what other people think. We respect each other and show that different personalities can rise to the top, you don”t have to please everyone.
