Numia Vero Volleyball Milan has a new setter: Kami Miner

Through an official statement, Numia Vero Volley Milan announced a new addition: Kami Miner. The U.S. setter comes from Stanford University and will pair up with Francesca Bosio as director.
Born in 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Miner is a setter, daughter of former NBA basketball player Harold Miner. Thanks to her family, she cultivated a passion for sports from a very young age and took her first steps in volleyball at Redondo Union High School. Here she showcased all her talent, earning her first call-ups to the U.S. youth national team, with which she would win gold in the U18 North American Championship and the U19 Women’s World Championship (winning 3-2 in the final against Italy).
After graduating from school, she continued her career at Stanford University, where she played from 2021 to 2025. During her academic stint, Miner collected two NCAA Pacific-12 Conference titles and a variety of individual honors, increasingly confirming herself as a rising young talent on the U.S. volleyball scene. Now she is ready to fly overseas and put on the jersey of Numia Vero Volley Milan to put herself on the line in both the Serie A1 championship and the CEV Champions League.
“I am very excited and grateful for the’opportunity to play in the Italian league – said the new Numia player -, a real dream that I have been cultivating since I started my professional career. I can’t wait to give my all for this club and get to work with such a talented group of girls. I will try to contribute to the success of the team and hope to achieve important goals this season!”.
