Libertas Livorno places another shot from Pallacanestro Cantù. After Matteo Piccoli, in fact, the Tuscan club announced the’arrival of Fabio Valentini, who signed a two-year contract with the amaranth club.

A player of unquestionable talent, he arrives to play a leading role as he did last October 20, when at PalaMacchia he led Cantù to success with 14 points scored and 4/5 from three-point range. His latest stats have been 7.3 points and 2.7 assists per game, with 33.3 percent in three-point shooting.

The youngster starts in the youth of Junior Casale, where he remains until the Under-19 category. In 2020 he arrives in the first team and there he remains for two years playing the A2 Series putting together remarkable figures such as the 10.3 average points per game.

In 2022 he moves to Forli where he convinces again and in two seasons comes to win the LNP Italian Cup. Last season in Cantù his use was very important in coach Brienza’s rotations. Fabio Valentini played an average of 21.5 minutes and was a key figure at various times during the championship.
