Milan, likes Dovbyk: possible exchange with Roma!

An unexpected calciomercato scenario is taking shape on the Milan-Rome axis: according to rumors reported by Retesport, AC Milan has set its eyes on Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk. Massimiliano Allegri reportedly holds the Giallorossi forward in high esteem, and the Rossoneri have reportedly carried out an initial survey, asking the Capitolini about the former Girona bomber’s situation.
The rumors do not rule out a surprising swap with Santiago Gimenez, who arrived in January for about 30 million euros from Feyenoord and has so far been unconvincing in the Rossoneri. The Mexican striker has found little space with Sergio Conceiçao,and not even Massimiliano Allegri would be willing to put him at the center of the Diavolo’s future project.
The odds of his farewell thus rise, and those of a possible exchange with Roma. The two players have a more or less similar market value, last season Dovbyk scored 17 goals in 45 games for the Giallorossi, while Gimenez scored 6 goals with AC Milan in 19 games and 16 with Feyenoord in 19 appearances.
