Marc Marquez-Pecco Bagnaia: Marco Melandri unabashedly tongue-in-cheek.

Marco Melandri in an interview with GPOne spoke about Pecco Bagnaia’s difficulties in the MotoGP World Championship: the two-time world champion has suffered tremendously from teammate Marc Marquez in the first part of the season. “I think everything depends on the speed of Marquez, because Bagnaia is not going any slower than’last year”.
“Without the two Marquez Bagnaia with his current level would win all the races, but needing to go faster necessarily, go beyond his own possibilities, problems come. Right now he’s dogged on braking, his difficulty is there, seeing Marc”s data.
“But improving is not easy, a lot depends on the riding style. Marquez in braking is smoother while Pecco is more aggressive…From the outside it is easy to give solutions, changing the style is impossible and unnatural. He must carcare to forget about Marquez and focus on his own sensations”, is the advice of ‘Macio’.
“Marc won in his first year in MotoGP, he won with a bike that was not the most competitive. He’s the best rider on the best bike, I am not saying the World Championship was predictable but Dall’Igna when he chose Marc knew it”.
