Novak Djokovic reaches the quarterfinals at Wimbledon for the sixteenth time: the world number 6, initially unnerved by the wind, beat Australian Alex De Minaur in a comeback with the scores of 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 after more than three hours of play.

With four free errors as early as his first service turn, including two long double faults, Djokovic in the first set chased himself in vain, handling the wind much worse than Alex De Minaur, who was particularly careful to play cleanly in conditions that tossed balls around more than they should in gusty air.

Awaiting the Serbian outfielder now is Flavio Cobolli, who made his fans dream and reached the quarterfinals of the London tournament after a very tough battle against Marin Cilic, beaten in 4 sets with a final score of 6-4, 6-4, 6-7, 7-6.
