Jannik Sinner rules Ben Shelton in 3 sets: he is in the semifinals at Wimbledon

Jannik Sinner flies to the semifinals at Wimbledon. The world number one bent Ben Shelton, number 10 in the seeding and ATP ranking, in three sets with a final score of 7-6 6-4 6-4 after two hours and nineteen minutes of play.
In the first set, it was the serve that dominated: the Azure, on court with a white sleeve on his right arm to protect his elbow, lost only one point on serve. In the tie-break, the South Tyrolean went down 0-2 but then strung together 7 consecutive points, winning the first partial.
Shuddering start in the second set for Sinner, who was forced to cancel two consecutive break points to the American. Shelton also cancels one in the’eighth game but can do nothing on 30-40 in the tenth game: Sinner breaks the American and takes the second partial as well.

The third set follows the script of the second: the serve dominates until the tenth game when comes the sudden break of Sinner who closes the match on the third match point and qualifies for the penultimate act of the Championships where he will meet one between Novak Djokovic and Flavio Cobolli.
