Amateur League meets regional contacts: new projects and strategies

The Social Responsibility Area of the Amateur League brought together at the “Carlo Tavecchio“Sala Carlo Tavecchio“, at the LND headquarters in Rome, its CSR referents to take stock of a season of social projects and to map out future ones. Also presented were the finalist projects created by students of “LUISS Guido Carli” which were born with a sustainability challenge.
On the table were 20 social responsibility projects and as many best practices that were discussed and shared and will see development in the coming months. Projects that develop on the themes of inclusion, the fight against violence and discrimination in all forms, environmental sustainability, soccer as an educational tool, up to the training of figures who become ambassadors of sports sustainability.
These projects will be developed in the coming months.
Leading the two-day working session with the Amateur CSR regional referents was Luca De Simoni, LND CSR Area coordinator. Opening the discussion was the greeting of Massimo Ciaccolini, LND secretary.
The concluding balance was drawn by Giancarlo Abete, LND president. A window was also devoted to communication dedicated to CSR and ESG issues in which journalists Gaia Simonetti, with communication experiences on social projects in A clubs and Leagues, and Luca Lari for Headline participated.
