When Jannik Sinner plays at Wimbledon: background with Carlos Alcaraz and where to watch the final on TV

After his clear success over Novak Djokovic, Jannik Sinner reached his first career final at Wimbledon. On the other side of the net will once again be Carlos Alcaraz, who is chasing his third consecutive title at the Championships.
The match between the world number one and two will be staged on Sunday, July 13, on the center court of the All England Club no earlier than 5 p.m. Italian time (4 p.m. local time), and in any case following the final of the women’s doubles draw.
There are no fewer than 12 previous matches between the Blue and the Spaniard, who leads 8-4: the most recent, of course, dates back to the Roland Garros final when Alcaraz prevailed in five sets after nullifying no less than three match points for the South Tyrolean.
Alcaraz has beaten Sinner on seven other occasions: twice more in the finals (Internazionali d’Italia 2025, ATP 500 Beijing 2024), three times in the semifinals (Roland Garros 2024, Masters 1000 Indian Wells 2024 and 2023), once in the quarterfinals (Us Open 2022) and once in the second round (Masters 1000 Paris 2021).
Sinner defeated Alcaraz in the final at the ATP 250 Umag 2022, in the semifinals at the Masters 1000 Miami 2023 and at the ATP 500 Beijing 2023, and in the round of 16 just at Wimbledon, in the only previous one on grass, in 2022.
The final of the Wimbledon men’s tournament will be visible free-to-air in Italy, on TV8 channel. Sky subscribers will also be able to follow it on Sky Sport Uno, Sky Sport Tennis, Sky Sport 4K and streaming on NOW.
