Good 20th for William Mouw

In his 20th appearance on the Pga Tour William Mouw captured his first title by imposing himself at the Isco Championship with a total of -10 (270 strokes: 67-73-69-61), crowned by an outstanding last round, closed in 61 strokes thanks to 9 birdies and 9 pars.
The 24-year-old completed the tournament on Sunday at Hurstbourne Country Club and had to wait nearly two hours before his victory was official.Paul Peterson had strung two important birdies on the 14th and 16th from nearly 10 yards, but closed with two pars remaining one shot behind the winner.
In third place was Manuel Elvira at -7 with a final-round 66, followed by Vince Whaley and David Skinns, both at -6. Jackson Koivun, a junior from Auburn, finished sixth at -5 with a 68. Chan Kim, leading after two days with 61 and 68, collapsed with 75 and 73 in the final two rounds, finishing 14th at -3.
The winner was a three-under-par round.
