Bastille Day upsets the Tour de France 2025: Simon Yates, winner of the last Giro d’Italia, won the tenth stage of the Grande Boucle, a stage with as many as eight Grands Prix de la Montagne and finishing in Le Mont-Dore Puy de Sancy. The Briton crossed the finish line ahead of Thymen Arensman (Ineos Grenadiers).

The general classification also changes after the tenth stage: the new yellow jersey ends up on the shoulders of Ben Healy of the EF Education-EasyPost team, third at the finish, who undermines none other than Tadej Pogacar.

The Irishman now has a 29-second lead over the Slovenian star, who came in almost five minutes behind along with his great rival Jonas Vingegaard (fourth in the overall at 1’46”): the Dane resisted the Slovenian&#8217s attack and did not lose precious seconds.

Tuesday scheduled for a rest day, then coming up are the Pyrenean stages that could give the race another turn.
