Davide Tardozzi won’t give up on Marc Marquez but gives hope to Pecco Bagnaia

Davide Tardozzi, Ducati team manager, returned to speak on the pages of As about the’last Gp, dominated by Marc Marquez: “Just because it was expected, does not mean that the victory is less important and beautiful”.

“The podium represents a lot to us. Marc celebrates race number 200 in MotoGP with a win. His brother Alex is recovering from a hand fracture while Bagnaia is back on top after a difficult Saturday. We are very happy”.

“Marc can still give us so much. And I hope he stays with Ducati until the end of his career”, he added on the future of the Spaniard who is increasingly heading for the world title.

“When he is physically fit, Marc is one of the five best riders of all time, looking at the 75-year history of the World Championship. He’s very difficult to beat, but I think Bagnaia can succeed in this feat. The important thing now is to find a solution to bring Pecco back to his best level. We know he can do much better”.
