Ademola Lookman-Inter, Antonio Conte steps in.
As also confirmed by Piero Ausilio, Ademola Lookman is the big target of the summer for Inter. The Nigerian has decided to leave Bergamo and is ready to embark on a new adventure. The Biscione managers already have an agreement in principle with Lookman, the one with Atalanta is still missing.
According to Sportmediaset reports, in the last few hours Antonio Conte has probed the ground with the Dea star, who, however, reiterated to the Italian champions that he has chosen Inter as the next stage of his career.
L’Atalanta would have preferred that an auction be triggered to monetize as much as possible but this will not be the case. New contacts between Inter and Dea executives are expected in the coming days: the offer is 40 million euros, 10 million less than the Bergamaschi’s request.
