Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan died of cardiac arrest at his home in Cleanwater, Florida. He would have been 72 years old next August 11.
Hulk Hogan was the one who turned professional wrestling into entertainment for everyone and thanks to him it became wildly popular all over the world, including in Italy.
Born in Augusta, Georgia, his real name was Terrence Gene Bollea. Performing as a wrestler from 1977 to 2012, he won the WWF World Heavyweight Championship title six times and the WCW World Heavyweight Championship six times, among others.
