Serie A, auction for Federico Chiesa: four clubs in the fight
Federico Chiesa is about to return to Italy after a disastrous season at Liverpool: the Azzurri striker wants to relaunch himself in Serie A and according to rumors he has already turned down some offers from other leagues, including one from Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce.
Chiesa wants Italy and is waiting for proposals from clubs interested in him: Italian champions Napoli seems to be in pole position, wanting him on loan with a right of redemption set at 9 million euros and the offer has reportedly already been forwarded to the Gunners.
The Azzurro is also in the sights of AC Milan, Roma and Atalanta, which could step up if Lookman leaves. Chiesa receives a 7 million euro net salary, which is too high for Serie A clubs, and to return to Italy he will have to lower his salary.
