Stefanos Tsitsipas: confession on Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz

Stefanos Tsitsipas also spoke about Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz at a press conference in Toronto on the eve of his debut in the Canadian Masters 1000 where he will face Australia’s Christopher O’Connell, number 78 in the ATP rankings.
“I have had the privilege of playing with both Jannik and Carlos – said the No. 23 seed at the ‘National Bank Open’ -They are great people, and seeing them on the court pushes me to give more and more!”.
“I tell you the truth, seeing how well they play I even thought of switching to a two-handed backhand (laughs, ed.) – added the Greek – they practically have a second forehand instead of a backhand! Sinner, in particular, hits with incredible power”.
After the end of his brief partnership with Goran Ivanisevic, Tsitsipas, who dropped to the No. 30 position in the world rankings, chose to start again alongside his father Apostolos, with whom he had broken off his partnership a year ago.
